You can remove access for any device connected to your Bitso account, like an old phone or a computer you don't recognize. This keeps your account secure when you switch devices or notice unfamiliar activity. The steps are different depending on whether you use Bitso on the web or in the app.
On the web
- Log in to your account and go to Profile > Devices. You will see the list of devices with access to your account, with a "current device" label on the one you're using now.
- Select the device you want to remove to open its details.
- Select Remove device.
- Confirm in the window that appears. You will be logged out of your Bitso account on that device.
If you want to remove every device at once, use the Remove all devices option on the list screen.
In the app
- Open the menu icon in the top left corner.
- Go to Profile.
- Go to Security.
- Select Manage devices.
- Select the device you want to remove.
- Select Disconnect device.
