Bitso processes referral rewards weekly. Here is when you receive yours and what counts as your friend's first operation.

When do I get paid?

Referral rewards are processed weekly. You receive your reward within 30 days after your friend completes the program requirements.

Do I need a balance to receive the reward?

Yes. You need a balance greater than $0 in your Bitso account at the time rewards are processed each week.

Does a deposit count as my friend's first operation?

No. A deposit alone doesn't qualify. Your friend's first operation has to be an actual purchase of any digital asset, in any amount.

Are there transfers that don't count?

Yes. If your friend's first operation is funded with an internal transfer sent from your own Bitso account, it doesn't qualify for a reward. Your friend needs to fund and operate their own account.

Does my friend also get a reward?

Right now the reward is only for you, the person who invites. Your friend gets an easy start on Bitso.

This program is available for Bitso users in Mexico. Amounts and conditions appear in your Rewards Hub and are governed by the program's terms and conditions.
