Why am I not receiving DOT yields?

We are performing scheduled maintenance on the DOT yields service, which requires a temporary pause in yield payments. During this period, DOT will display a 0% rate on your Yields page.

Is my DOT balance safe? 

Yes. Your DOT balance is completely safe, remains in your account, and is available for any use at all times. The pause only affects the generation of new yields; your existing balance is not affected.

When will yields resume? 

We are working to complete the maintenance as soon as possible. You will receive an email notification as soon as DOT yields are reactivated, and the rate on your Yields page will update automatically.

Do I need to do anything? 

No. You don't need to take any action. Your DOT balance will remain in your account and will automatically start generating yields again once maintenance is complete.

Can I use or withdraw my DOT balance during this time? 

Yes, your DOT balance is fully available. You can withdraw, send, or use it at any time from your Bitso account. If you have questions, our support team is available to help you.

When was my last DOT yield payment? 

The last DOT yield payment was on May 18th. The next payment will be made on the first Monday after yields are reactivated.
