To maintain a secure and high-quality trading experience, Bitso regularly reviews the assets available on our platform. As part of this process, Bitso will be delisting Tigres Fan Token (TIGRES).

• TIGRES conversions and deposits are disabled. Trading will be available for a limited time only through limit orders in Bitso Alpha.
• On March 2nd, TIGRES trading will be permanently disabled and any pending orders will be automatically cancelled.
• Withdrawals of TIGRES on the Chiliz network will remain available indefinitely — even after trading is disabled.

What can you do with your TIGRES tokens?

You have a few options:

• You may trade your TIGRES for a limited time using limit orders in Bitso Alpha before trading is disabled on March 2nd.
• You can withdraw your TIGRES at any time to an external wallet using the Chiliz network — even after trading is disabled. You may transfer your tokens to:
• An external Chiliz-compatible wallet
• A third-party platform such as Socios.com Socios.com, which supports Tigres Fan Token trading and fan engagement features.

Why is Bitso delisting Tigres Fan Token (TIGRES)?
Bitso periodically reviews listed assets to ensure sufficient liquidity, trading activity, and overall market quality. Based on our most recent review, TIGRES no longer meets our listing criteria.

What happens to my existing TIGRES on Bitso?
Your TIGRES balance remains safe in your account. While trading, conversions, and deposits will be disabled, withdrawals will remain available for now.

Can I still trade TIGRES on Bitso?
Trading is available for a limited time only and exclusively via limit orders in Bitso Alpha. After the trading disablement date, TIGRES will no longer be tradable on Bitso.

Can I withdraw my TIGRES tokens?

Tigres Fan Token is part of the Chiliz and Socios.com ecosystem. You can withdraw your TIGRES from Bitso and trade or use them on Socios.com, where the token continues to be supported for trading and fan utility.

Do I need to take action right now?
You may choose to:

• Trade TIGRES on Bitso Alpha → do so before trading is disabled
• Hold TIGRES elsewhere → withdraw to a compatible wallet or platform such as Socios.com

What is Socios.com?
Socios.com is a third-party platform built on the Chiliz blockchain that supports Fan Tokens such as TIGRES. It allows users to hold, transfer, and interact with supported tokens within its ecosystem. If you choose to withdraw your TIGRES from Bitso using the Chiliz network, you may transfer them to a compatible wallet such as Socios.com. Bitso does not operate or control third-party platforms.

How to Withdraw TIGRES to Socios.com?

Step 1: Create or access your Socios wallet

• If you do not have an account, create one at https://www.socios.com/
• Log in or register to activate your Socios account.

Step 2: Obtain your deposit address

• Once your wallet is active, go to the “Receive” section.
• Select the Chiliz Chain network and copy your deposit address.

Step 3: Send TIGRES from Bitso

• Open your Bitso app.
• Go to the TIGRES section in your wallet.
• Tap “Send.”
• Under Crypto Networks, select “Chiliz2.”
• Paste your Socios deposit address.
• Carefully double-check that the address matches exactly.
• Enter the amount you wish to send.
• Review all withdrawal details and tap “Continue.”

Step 4: Confirm receipt

• Wait for confirmation and verify that your funds are credited in your Socios wallet.
• You may keep your TIGRES on Socios or convert them to another supported token according to your preference.

Important: Always ensure you select the Chiliz2 network. Sending funds through an incorrect network may result in loss of funds.
