1. What are trusted accounts and how do they work?
Trusted accounts are an additional security method that allows you to send crypto only to accounts you've previously saved. By enabling this feature, you add an extra layer of protection against unauthorized transfers, as you'll only be able to send crypto to addresses you've verified and added to your list.
This feature is useful if you:
- Send crypto regularly to the same addresses
- Want to protect yourself against accidental transfers to wrong addresses
- Are looking for an additional layer of security for your funds
2. How do I enable trusted accounts?
- Go to the Security section from the side menu
- Select the Trusted accounts option
- Turn on the "Send crypto only to trusted accounts" toggle
Once enabled, you'll only be able to send crypto to accounts you've already saved to your list. You can disable this option whenever you want in the Security menu from your app or web platform.
3. How do I disable trusted accounts?
If you decide you no longer need this additional restriction, you can disable the feature at any time:
- Go to the Security section from the side menu
- Select the Trusted accounts option
- Turn off the "Send crypto only to trusted accounts" toggle
- Verify your identity to complete the deactivation
By disabling it, you'll be able to send crypto to any address again, not just those saved to your list. You can always re-enable this option whenever you want in the Security menu from your app or web platform.
