Network confirmations are necessary for the transaction to be completed. If the network is saturated with many transactions, it may take several hours to complete. You can review the number of confirmations rquired for each cryptocurrency at this link.
Once your transaction has entered the Blockchain network, it is not possible to cancel, reverse or accelerate this operation. Bitso does not intervene in the confirmations that are needed for the transfer to be carried out successfully.
Before your deposit is confirmed, it will appear with a pending status. This will change as soon as you reach the required number of confirmations.
IMPORTANT: make sure you select the corresponding network for each cryptocurrency when depositing, as the use of the wrong network may cause your funds to be lost. You can check each network to be used for each asset in this link.
Steps to obtain the deposit address.
Step 1. Log in to your account with your username and password, from the Wallet section select the cryptocurrency and click Deposit.
Step 2. Copy the address that appears and paste it into the wallet from where you will make the deposit. You can also scan the QR code to add the deposit address.
Important: To receive XRP from another exchange, it is necessary to enter the Destination Tag. If sending to a cold wallet, the Tag is probably not necessary, however these addresses must be activated with at least 20 to 25 XRP.
Always, ALWAYS double check the cryptocurrency address. At Bitso, we typically check the first 4 digits and the last 4 digits. If you send your coins to the wrong address, it will not be possible for you or Bitso to recover them. They will be lost on the blockchain forever.
We recommend that you have the Hash or Transaction ID so that we can review the status of your transfer.

If the transfer does not have confirmations or has not been completed, it is necessary to wait for the network to complete them so that they are deposited into your account.
