We recommend that you review this information carefully to choose the correct network for your deposits, guaranteeing their safe arrival in your Bitso account.
Additionally, we strongly advise you to ALWAYS double-check the network through which you send your cryptocurrencies. Sending tokens via an incorrect network will prevent them from being credited, as they will not be on the networks where Bitso operates.
At Bitso, we are still working on developing a way to help recover tokens that were sent over the wrong network. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have sufficient infrastructure to reverse this type of situation; therefore, it is crucial that you consider this information.
