How does the referral program work? Invite friends to Bitso using your personal link or code. When your friend completes the required action within their first 7 days, you'll receive your reward in Mexican pesos.

How much can I earn? Between $300 and $400 MXN for each friend who meets the requirements. The exact amount is shown in your referrals section within the app.

What does my friend need to do for me to get the reward? Depending on your account, your friend must either:

• Make their first deposit (any amount), or

• Make their first crypto purchase (any amount)

The specific action is shown in your app. Your friend has 7 days from registration to complete it.

When do I receive my reward? Rewards are paid every Wednesday. If your friend met the requirements before the weekly cut, you'll receive payment the following Wednesday.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn? Yes, you can earn up to $6,000 MXN total during the program period.

Does my friend also get a reward? No, currently only the referrer receives the reward.

How long does my friend have to enter my code? 30 days from when they created their account. After that, they can no longer link your code.

Why didn't I receive my reward? Check that:

• Your friend registered with your link or code

• Your friend completed the required action within 7 days

• You had a balance greater than $0 when you shared your link

• You haven't reached the $6,000 MXN limit

Do I need to have a balance to refer? Yes, you need to have a balance greater than zero in your account when sharing your link.

Where do I find my referral link? In the Bitso app, go to your profile and look for the "Gift icon" and "Invite friends" section.
