Bitso sets a monthly limit on deposits and withdrawals to help protect your funds. If you reach this limit, request an increase to keep making these transactions, or wait until next month.
Reaching your limit does not block your account. You can keep buying and selling digital assets and using the rest of Bitso's features without restriction.
How to request a limit increase
- Open the Bitso app and tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the home screen.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Transaction limits.
- Check your current limits for depositing and withdrawing local currency and digital assets.
- To request an increase, tap Increase my limit and submit the documents we ask for.
After you submit your documents, our team reviews your request within 72 hours. We email you as soon as it is approved or if we need anything else from you.
