How to request a transaction report in the app?

1. Open the Bitso app on your phone.
2. Select the icon at the top left to access your profile.
3. Select “Transaction report”
4. Choose the year you want to receive the report from and select “Request report”.
5. The report is usually available immediately, but occasionally it may take up to 10 minutes.

How to request a transaction report on the web?

1. Go to bitso.com/login to enter your account.
2. Go to the top right, where you’ll see your name and select “Profile.”
3. Select “Transaction report”
4. Choose the year you want to receive the report from and select “Request report”.
5. The report is usually available immediately, but occasionally it may take up to 10 minutes.

You may have no available annual reports if you haven’t been using Bitso for a whole year.
