Why are my withdrawals disabled?

This is why the withdrawals are temporarily disabled for 24 hours after a password change occurs.

Keep in mind that this measure has safety purposes only, and it's not related to any external market events.


Why is Bitso doing this?

By disabling your withdrawals, there’s a buffer of 24 hours so your account is protected. At that time, we analyze and investigate if something unusual is going on and take the necessary steps to protect your account. 


If I need to withdraw funds before the 24 hours is over, what can I do?
