If, in any case, your transaction is rejected, canceled, or declined, it means that the other exchange did not accept the transaction, whether because the information is incorrect or not available.
It can also be rejected by our team if it doesn’t comply with the Travel Rule requirements. This amount won’t be sent and we’ll return it immediately to your Bitso account.
When the transaction is rejected by the other exchange, they’ll start the process to send the funds back to you. Unfortunately, we don’t control the time this will take, however, we’ll make sure to reach out to them in order to speed up the process.
