If you're shopping online, remember to use your digital card details; since for security, purchases will be declined if you use the data of the physical card.
If you are buying in a physical store with your physical card, it is possible you might have entered your PIN incorrectly more than 3 times in a sales terminal and the transactions are being declined for security reasons.
If your card were locked due to entering the wrong PIN more than 3 times, it will be necessary to replace your card.
