What do I do if a purchase with my Bitso Card was declined?

Check that you have sufficient funds in your MXN wallet.

If you have sufficient funds and a purchase with your physical card was declined, you may have incorrectly entered your PIN more than 3 times at a sales terminal so the transaction is being declined for security reasons.

If your card presents a security block from entering the wrong PIN by 3 times, it will be necessary to ask for a card replacement.
