To request your card through the app, you must be a legal resident in Mexico and have an account with us. A minimum Level 2 account status is required to fund your wallet. There is no minimum balance required in your account to request the card. However, to be eligible to request the physical card, you must spend at least 800 MXN cumulatively with your virtual card and wait up to 4hs.

If you have a level lower than Level 2, we will ask for additional information and documents to verify your identity directly in the application.
