My balance appears as "reserved"

If your balance appears as "reserved", it is because you have an active order that has not yet been completed. This means there is an active order in the Order Book at a specific price, for that currency. To view your active order follow the steps below:

 

  1.  In your Wallet, click on Products and select Alpha Classic;
  2. Check to see if the Market selected in the top left corner is the market where you placed your order. If the wrong market is selected, simply click on the downward pointing arrow next to the market and select the correct one;
  3. After checking the market, go to the Orders section to see your Active Orders. There, you can position your mouse over the order you want to cancel and click on the red X on the right side.

 

That's it! The order will disappear instantly and the funds allocated to it will return to your balance.

 

IMPORTANT: If you placed a limit order and no longer wish to continue with it, you can cancel it to unlock the balance allocated for this. If the problem persists, please contact us using our Help Center
