Additional Income shows only what your Earn, Vaults and stock products generated. If the number is at 0 or lower than you expected, check these causes:
- You're comparing it with your total balance. They measure different things: your total balance includes everything you hold at current market prices, and Additional Income doesn't count price changes in your assets. For example, you hold 10,000 USDT and earn 290 USDT with Earn. Your total balance shows 10,290 USDT. Additional Income shows 290 USDT.
- You haven't activated a product. Open Additional Income and tap the product's card to open its details page and activate it.
- You activated a product but it hasn't paid yet. Your first income appears as soon as it's generated. Payout dates vary by product.
- You own stocks and your Dividends are at 0. The company may not have paid a dividend yet. Your first payout appears as soon as it's credited.
- You selected a shorter time period. If you choose 1M, you see only last month's income, so the number is smaller than your full total. You didn't lose money. Select Total to see everything you've earned.
