If you saved your passkey in Google Password Manager and you're logging in on an iPhone or iPad, your device needs permission to read it.

1. Open 'Settings' on your iPhone.
2. Go to 'General', then 'AutoFill & Passwords'.
3. Turn on 'Chrome' in the list.

If 'Chrome' isn't in the list, install the Chrome app and sign in with the same Google account.

Choosing 'Google' instead of 'Chrome' during login shows your saved passwords, not your passkeys. Pick 'Chrome'.
