Your passkey is saved by Apple, Google or your password manager, not on the phone itself, so it comes back automatically when you sign in on a new phone with the same account.
While you set up your new phone, you can still log in with your authenticator app or a code by SMS.
Once you're back in, remove the passkey tied to your old phone:
- Go to 'Profile', then 'Security', then 'Passkeys'.
- Select the passkey from your old phone.
- Choose 'Remove passkey' and confirm it's you.

- If you can't log in with your authenticator app or a code by SMS either, open a chat with our support team and we'll help you recover access.
