Your friend's level is calculated once their first 30 days on Bitso are complete. Bitso pays your reward within 30 days after that. In practice, payments are processed in batches, so yours could arrive sooner.

You need to have balance in your account at the moment the payment is processed each week. If you don't have balance at that time, your reward stays pending. If you add balance within the next 30 days, it gets deposited in the following week's payment.

For now, the reward is only for you, the person who invites. Your friend doesn't get a reward of their own, though they do get an easy start on Bitso.

This reward is paid in Mexican pesos, as part of Bitso's referral program for users in Mexico.

Didn't work? Here's what to do. If your friend already completed the requirements but you don't see your reward, confirm you had balance in your account at the weekly cutoff. If you didn't, add funds within the next 30 days to receive it in the next weekly payment. If everything is in order and the reward still doesn't show up, contact our support team.
