You can withdraw your reais (BRL) from Bitso to another Bitso account using Bitso Transfer, or to any bank account in Brazil using Pix. Both options have no fee and arrive immediately.

Steps to withdraw

1. Open your BRL balance from your portfolio.
2. Tap the transfer icon and select Send.
3. Choose the method: Bitso Transfer to send to another Bitso account, or Pix transfer to send to any bank account.
4. If you choose Bitso Transfer, select a saved account or enter the destination Bitso account details.
5. If you choose Pix, select how you want to identify the recipient: a Pix key, a Pix copy and paste code, or a bank account. If you choose bank account, just enter the account information (bank, branch, account number, and account type).
6. Add a description if you want to (optional, up to 140 characters).
7. Enter the amount you want to withdraw. Tap Max to withdraw your full available balance.
8. Tap Next, review the details, and confirm.

After you send

You'll see a confirmation screen showing the amount you sent. Tap "View receipt" to see the full transaction details. Save the destination account if you plan to send to it again, so you can pick it from your saved accounts next time.
