You can send Colombian pesos (COP) from your Bitso account to any bank account in Colombia at no cost. The transfer completes within 24 business hours.

How to send Colombian pesos to a bank account

1. On the Send screen, under "To bank accounts," tap Colombia Transfer.
2. Choose how to send the money: a saved account, another Bitso user (Bitso Transfer), or a new bank account.
   • To use a saved account, select it from your list of saved accounts and tap Transfer.
   • To send to a new account, enter the recipient's name, bank, account type, and account number.
3. Enter the amount in Colombian pesos, or tap Max to use your full available balance, then tap Next.
4. Review the amount, destination account, and fee on the confirmation screen. Colombia Transfer has no fee. Tap Confirm to complete the transfer.

You'll see a confirmation message once the transfer goes through, and you can check its status under Activity.

Didn't work? Here's what to do

If you enter an amount higher than your available balance, Bitso shows a message asking you to try a lower amount, and the Next button stays disabled until you lower it. Adjust the amount to match your available balance shown on screen and try again.
