To withdraw Mexican pesos from Bitso to a bank account, follow these steps. The withdrawal is free and arrives within 24 business hours.

1. On the "Send" screen, choose "Mexico bank transfer."
2. Select the destination for the pesos: a "Saved account," a "Bitso Transfer" account, or a new "Bank account."
3. If you choose "Saved account," pick an existing beneficiary from the list (bank name, beneficiary name, CLABE, and SPEI tag).
4. If you choose a new "Bank account," enter the CLABE, card, or phone number. Then fill in the beneficiary name (required), the reference number, and an optional concept. Tap "Continue."
5. On the "Send MXN" screen, type the amount you want to withdraw or tap "Max" to use your full available balance.
6. Tap "Next" to review the amount, the account name, the beneficiary name, and the CLABE number.
7. Tap "Confirm" to complete the withdrawal.

You'll see a success screen with the amount withdrawn and a "Check activity" link to review the transaction.

If the "Next" button stays disabled, check that the amount you entered is lower than the available balance shown on the screen.
