Can I access my wallet's private keys? How do I do it?
Yes, but exporting your private key permanently unlinks your wallet from Bitso. From that point, Bitso can no longer show, manage, or recover it, you take full control and full responsibility for your keys.
You can export your private key from the account menu, under Connected wallets.
If you had funds in Vaults at the time, that balance will no longer be visible in Bitso and must be managed directly through a compatible third-party wallet interface.
If you want to use Vaults again afterward, Bitso will create a new wallet for you.
What happens if my account is suspended and I can't access my wallet?
Your wallet is secured by your Bitso account, your credentials, and your device's biometrics. If you lose access to your authentication method, you may be able to recover your wallet through the recovery process available through Nvio ES.
Bitso doesn't have access to your embedded wallet, or to your authentication key and can't start this recovery on your behalf. Recovery isn't guaranteed to succeed in every case.
If you permanently lose access to your authentication method, or your account is definitively suspended or terminated, and you're unable to complete the recovery process, you could permanently lose access to the funds in your wallet. In that case, neither Bitso nor Nvio ES can restore that access or recover those assets.
