Can't access it? Here's what to do

If you lose access to your authentication method, you may be able to recover your wallet through the recovery process available on the Nvio Platform. Bitso doesn't have access to your authentication key and can't start this recovery on your behalf. Recovery isn't guaranteed to succeed in every case.

If you permanently lose access to your authentication method, or your account is definitively suspended or terminated, and you're unable to complete the recovery process, you could permanently lose access to the funds in your wallet. In that case, neither Bitso nor Nvio ES can restore that access or recover those assets.
