How long deposits take to be credited

ACH "Next-day" transfers take 1 to 3 business days to be credited to your Bitso account. ACH "Same-day" transfers are credited the same day if sent before 4:00 PM EST. Wire transfers can take a few hours to process, but are credited the same day if sent before 5:00 PM EST.

Your transfer wasn't credited: if after the timeframes above your transfer still isn't credited, contact our support team so we can look into it. If you sent the funds from an account in your own name, ask for a tracking ID so we can trace the transaction faster.

Your transfer shows as "rejected": in most cases, this happens because our provider, Bridge, couldn't process the transaction. The amount is returned to the sending account within 24 hours and Bitso won't charge any fee, though the sending bank might. Another common reason is sending more than $10,000 from Citibank: in that case, the amount is also refunded with no fee from Bitso, but the sending bank may charge one.

Your routing number (ABA) isn't recognized by your bank: this happens because banks use different providers to look up account details, and these aren't always up to date. You can go ahead with the transfer as normal, it will be credited correctly to your Bitso account.
