POL uses the Polygon network. Use these steps to deposit or send POL from your Bitso account.

Deposit POL to Bitso

1. Log in and select Deposit, then Crypto, then POL.
2. Copy your Bitso deposit address.
3. Send POL from your external wallet to this address, using the Polygon network.

Withdraw POL from Bitso

1. Log in and select Send.
2. Enter the recipient's wallet address on the Polygon network.
3. Enter the amount and confirm.

Didn't work? Here's what to do

• You sent MATIC instead of POL, or used the wrong network: MATIC is no longer supported on Bitso. Any MATIC sent to your Bitso address, or any asset sent on a network other than Polygon, cannot be recovered. Always confirm you're sending POL over the Polygon network before sending.
• Your deposit hasn't shown up yet: check that the transfer was made over the Polygon network and that you used the correct address for your Bitso account. If both are correct, wait for the network to confirm the transaction before the deposit reflects in your account.
• Your withdrawal is stuck or delayed: check that the destination address is compatible with the Polygon network. If the address is correct and the withdrawal still hasn't completed, wait for the network to confirm the transaction.
• If the issue continues after checking the above, contact our support team with your transaction details.
