If you want to transfer your investment portfolio from Plata to Bitso, you first need to download your account statement. This document shows your account number, which you'll then upload to the Bitso app.
- Open the Plata app and log in.
- From the home screen, tap your investment portfolio.
- Tap "Details" and then "Documents".
- Tap "Account statements".
- Select the period you need and download it.
Once you download it, upload it to the Bitso app to view your account number and continue with your portfolio transfer.
