Bitso is delisting H (Humanity Protocol) following a confirmed security incident that affected the original H token contract in June 2026. Trading for H will stop on August 3, 2026 at 18:00 UTC, and any remaining balance will be automatically converted to US dollars (USD) and credited to your account.

What's happening to H on Bitso

Buying, deposits, and withdrawals for H are already disabled. H is currently in sell-only mode, so you can sell your existing balance before the deadline. On August 3, 2026 at 18:00 UTC, selling will also end.

Any H balance you still hold after that date will be automatically converted to US dollars (USD) at market price and credited to your account. This conversion happens during a liquidation window that runs from August 3 to August 7, 2026.

What you can do

• Sell your H balance on Bitso before August 3, 2026, 18:00 UTC, if you want to control the timing and price yourself.
• If you can't sell, for example if your balance is below the minimum sell size, you don't need to do anything. Your balance will convert automatically and the proceeds will be credited to you.
• Deposits and withdrawals for H stay disabled throughout this process, so you can't move H tokens on or off Bitso at any point.

Why Bitso is delisting H

The original H token contract was affected by a confirmed security incident in June 2026. After the incident, the project team retired the original token and launched a new contract, and several exchanges and liquidity providers delisted or announced plans to delist the original H token.

This reduced the liquidity and market health of the original H token. Bitso doesn't consider it in your best interest to keep supporting an asset with limited liquidity and reduced ecosystem support, so we're delisting it.

If you don't sell before the deadline

Your balance is not lost. It converts automatically to US dollars (USD) at the executable market price during the liquidation window, August 3 to August 7, 2026, and the proceeds go to your Bitso account. Because of current market conditions for H, these proceeds, like the proceeds from a manual sale, may be very low.

The new HUMANITY token

Bitso will not list or support the new HUMANITY token issued by Humanity Protocol. This delisting is final. There is no migration, airdrop, or replacement token for H on Bitso.

Moving H to another wallet or exchange

Bitso never supported crypto deposits or withdrawals for H. Selling before August 3, 2026, 18:00 UTC, or the automatic conversion afterward, are the only ways your balance will be resolved.

Your H balance remains in your Bitso account until then. It will not disappear at any point in this process.
