Invite a friend to Bitso with your personal link or your referral code. When they sign up and make their first trade, you earn a reward.

Invite and earn

Share your personal link or your 6-character referral code from the Rewards Hub in the app. Your friend can open the link to sign up, or enter your code if they already have an account.

For you to earn the reward, your friend needs to:

• Sign up with your link, or enter your code within 30 days of creating their account.
• Complete their identity verification.
• Make their first trade, in any digital asset and any amount, within 7 days of signing up.

You earn $400 Mexican pesos (MXN) for every friend who completes these steps. The exact amount always shows in your Rewards Hub. You can earn up to $6,000 MXN total through this program.

Getting your payment

Rewards are processed weekly. You'll receive yours within 30 days after your friend completes the requirements.

You need to have a balance in your account at the time the weekly payment is processed. If you don't have a balance at that time, your reward stays pending. If you add funds within the following 30 days, it's paid out in the next weekly payment.

For now, the reward is only for you, the person who invites. Your friend doesn't get a reward of their own, though they do get an easy start on Bitso.

Codes and links

If your friend opened the app through your link, they're already linked to you and don't need to enter a code. The 6-character code is only for friends who already have the app installed, or whose link didn't work, and it can be entered within 30 days of creating their account.

Requirements and exclusions

A deposit alone isn't enough to unlock your reward. Your friend needs to complete a trade: buying any digital asset, in any amount.

If your friend's first trade is funded by a Bitso Transfer sent from your own account, it won't qualify for the reward. Your friend needs to fund and trade on their own.

Amounts and conditions are shown in your Rewards Hub and are governed by the program's terms and conditions. This program is available to Bitso users in Mexico.

Didn't work? Here's what to do

If your friend's code shows as invalid, check that it was entered exactly as shared; referral codes have 6 characters. If it still shows as invalid, contact our support team. Your friend can keep using Bitso normally while this gets resolved, but for you to earn the reward, the code needs to be applied within the 30-day window.

If your friend already completed the requirements but you don't see your reward, confirm you had a balance in your account at the time of the weekly cutoff. If you didn't, add funds within the following 30 days to receive it in the next weekly payment. If everything checks out and the reward still doesn't show up, contact our support team.
