- What is the Net Deposit Cashback campaign?
It’s our way of rewarding you for growing your portfolio! For a limited time, eligible users in Mexico and Argentina can earn a cashback reward on the net deposits (see below) they bring into Bitso.
- How do I participate?
Opt-in: You must explicitly opt-in to the campaign via the Rewards Hub in the app or email invitation.
Deposit: Add at least $1,000 USD worth of assets to your account during your specific 30-day campaign window.
Hold: In order to remain eligible you need to hold those funds for 12 months. This means you can trade inside the app but the funds must remain there for 12 months.
Payment date: Payments will be processed up to 30 days after the promotion ends. You can check the Rewards Hub to see your specific promotion end date.
- How is my cashback percentage determined?
To help us understand which rewards our community values most, we use a randomized assignment process to distribute different reward structures among participants so we can test different cashbacks.
Note: You can check your assigned cashback percentage directly in the Rewards Hub. Because this is a randomized system, your offer may differ from another user's. If you have any further questions, you can contact Customer Support.
- What counts as a "Net Deposit"?
Net deposits are calculated as: (Total Deposits) minus (Total Withdrawals) during the campaign period.
- Eligible: All fiat deposits and external crypto transfers (USD ramps, etc.).
- Not Eligible: Bitso Transfers (internal transfers between Bitso users) do not count as new funds and are excluded from the calculation.
- Are there limits to the reward?
Yes. While we want you to grow your AUM, the maximum cashback reward is capped at $30,000 USDC per user.
- When will I receive my cashback?
- Timeline: Rewards are calculated and distributed at the conclusion of your specific 30-day campaign window, provided you meet the minimum deposit requirement.
- Currency: All cashback rewards are paid in USDC (a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US Dollar).

We are rolling this out in stages to ensure a smooth experience. Your 30-day window starts when you receive your invitation; you can view the promotion's end date within the Rewards Hub in the app.
