Trusted accounts are an extra security feature that lets you send digital assets only to addresses you already saved and verified before. When you turn this on, you block sending digital assets to any address that isn't on your list.

Why use trusted accounts

• You send digital assets regularly to the same addresses.
• You want to protect yourself against sending digital assets to the wrong address by mistake.
• You want an extra layer of security for your funds.

How to turn on trusted accounts

1. Go to Security from the side menu.
2. Select Trusted accounts.
3. Turn on the switch "Send crypto only to trusted accounts."

Once you turn it on, you can only send digital assets to the addresses already saved in your list. You can turn this off anytime from Security in the app or on the web platform.

How to turn off trusted accounts

If you no longer need this restriction, turn it off anytime:

1. Go to Security from the side menu.
2. Select Trusted accounts.
3. Turn off the switch "Send crypto only to trusted accounts."
4. Verify your identity to complete the deactivation.

Once you turn it off, you can send digital assets to any address again, not only the ones saved in your list. You can turn trusted accounts back on anytime.

If the switch doesn't change state or identity verification doesn't complete, check that your app is up to date and your connection is stable, then try again.
