Bitso doesn't charge any fees for transferring your stock portfolio from another app or broker. However, the platform from which you sent your stocks may charge a fee for processing your portfolio transfer.
If you meet the requirements, you can request that we reimburse you for that fee.
Who can request the reimbursement?
You can request the reimbursement if you transferred a portfolio with a value of USD 3,000 or more.
Important: You have a maximum period of 90 days from the date your portfolio transfer was completed to request your reimbursement. After this period, we won't be able to process your request.

To request the fee reimbursement, contact our support team within 90 days following your portfolio transfer.
