Bitso offers two main ways to buy or sell digital assets: Conversions and classic trading. Here is how they differ.
Conversions
Conversions lock in an exchange rate before you confirm. The rate remains valid for about 20 seconds and refreshes automatically if it expires, or you change the amount.
The fee is already included in the rate you see. You don't pay anything on top of it, so the amount quoted is the amount you get.
Classic trading
Classic trading follows the live market price instead of a locked quote. You place an order at the current price or set your own price, and a separate fee applies to the trade. The price can move between the moment you place your order and the moment it fills.
