Right now, margin trading is available to a select group of institutional users on Bitso Alpha Web (desktop only).

What's available in this version

• Cross-margin only (one shared collateral pool)
• Full account liquidation when you breach the maintenance threshold
• No isolated margin or partial liquidation in this version

Important risk information

• Leverage amplifies everything: Both your potential gains and your potential losses are magnified when you trade with borrowed funds.
• Liquidation risk: If your Margin Level falls to the maintenance threshold, the platform will liquidate your positions to repay your debt.
• Interest costs: Borrowed assets accumulate interest the entire time they're outstanding. Interest is paid before principal when you close positions.
