If you think someone accessed your Bitso account without your permission, change your password and your PIN right away. Your PIN is the code you use as an electronic signature in the app and on the website.
Changing your password and PIN quickly helps stop that person from continuing to use your account.
If you think your email account was also compromised, change that password as soon as possible too.
If you notice a transaction you don't recognize, contact us right away. You can create a support request at help.bitso.com or chat with us at bitso.com by selecting the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the page.
Bitso will never ask you for confidential information such as your password, your PIN, or one-time codes, and will never ask you to download any app. Protect your information and don't share it with anyone.
Didn't work? Here's what to do If you can't sign in to change your password or PIN, contact us right away through the same channels above so we can review your account.
