To deposit crypto to your Bitso account, choose the correct network and follow these steps.
Choose the correct network
Before you send a deposit, check that the network you select matches the network supported by your Bitso deposit address. If you send to the wrong network, you lose your funds permanently.
How to deposit crypto from the app
- Open the Bitso app and tap the menu icon, shown as three horizontal lines, in the top left corner.
- Tap "Deposit."
- Select the Crypto option.
- Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit from the catalog.
- Choose the matching network.
- Tap "Continue." Your deposit address and QR code appear on the screen.
- Copy your Bitso deposit address and paste it into the address field on the platform you are withdrawing from.
- Confirm the withdrawal request on the sending platform. Once the network processes it, the funds appear in your Bitso account.
Bitso generates a new deposit address after each deposit for your privacy. Always copy the current address shown in the app. Don't reuse an address you saved from a previous deposit.
Didn't work? Here's what to do
- You sent the deposit on the wrong network: this typically results in permanent loss of funds. Contact our support team right away with your transaction details.
- You used an old deposit address instead of generating a new one: send the correct, current address to the platform you're withdrawing from and try again.
- Your deposit hasn't appeared yet: the transaction may still be confirming on the network.
