To buy, sell, or convert digital assets on Bitso Web, use the Buy/Sell screen at bitso.com/wallet. This screen lets you exchange your local currency for a digital asset, sell a digital asset for your local currency, or convert directly between digital assets.
Before you can buy or convert digital assets, complete your identity verification.
- Log in to your Bitso account at bitso.com/wallet and click Buy/Sell.
- Select the currency you want to use and the currency you want to get. Click the arrows between them to switch which one you are converting from, or click MAX to use your full available balance.
- Enter the amount and review the summary, including the exchange rate.
- Click Continue.
Your balance updates right away in your Bitso account.
Didn't work? Here's what to do: if the conversion does not go through, check these common causes:
- You don't have enough balance to cover the amount you entered: Add funds or lower the amount.
- The exchange rate changed before you confirmed: Start again to get the current rate.
