Bitso never sends personal messages through WhatsApp or Telegram, and our social media profiles are always verified. If someone reaches out to you on their own offering to help you download and install the Bitso app, or to create an account on the platform, it is very likely a scam.

• Do not reply to messages from people posing as Bitso.
• Do not transfer digital assets or money to strangers.
