This transition ensures you benefit from a platform with active development and continuous enhancements.

2. When exactly will Alpha Classic be retired?
Alpha Classic will be permanently retired and access closed on December 4. After this date, you will no longer be able to access the Classic interface. We encourage you to start using Alpha Pro and the Bitsi Alpha app today to ensure a seamless transition.

3. What happens to my funds, portfolio, and trading history?
Nothing changes regarding your assets. All your funds, cryptocurrencies, trading history, and portfolio details are securely stored on your Bitso account and are immediately accessible on the rest of our interfaces. You do not need to take any action to transfer them.

4. What are the available alternatives to Alpha Classic?
We recommend two dedicated solutions based on your trading style:

• For desktop trading: Use Alpha Pro. It maintains the desktop-based trading experience you know, enhanced with more advanced charts, powerful tools, and more analytical views.

6. What will happen to my open/pending orders?
No action is needed for your open orders. Any pending Market, Limit, Stop-Loss, or Stop-Limit orders that you placed in Alpha Classic will be managed and executed as usual by the Bitso exchange system. You will simply manage these orders directly within the Alpha Pro or Alpha app interface moving forward.

7. How can I start using Alpha Pro?
You can access Alpha Pro from your desktop by logging into your Bitso account. You can also trade on the go using the Alpha app.

8. What happens if I try to log in to Alpha Classic after December 4?
