If you want to transfer your investment portfolio from Fintual to Bitso, you first need to download your statement. This document shows your account number, which you'll later upload to the Bitso app.
- In the Fintual app menu, select "Estados de cuenta."
- Download the file for the period you need.
Once you download it, upload the file to the Bitso app to view your account number and continue transferring your portfolio.
