A trusted contact for your stocks account is someone you authorize us to reach out to on your behalf if we’re unable to contact you directly. This person must be over 18 years old.
Keep in mind that a trusted contact is not a beneficiary — they’re simply someone we can contact in case of an emergency.
How to add a trusted contact
- Select the menu icon in the upper-left corner and choose “Account”.
- Select “Stocks” and then “Trusted contact”.
- Fill in the person’s information and select “Add contact”.
- If you need to update any details, you’ll have to delete the contact and add them again.
