Bitso updated the app menu. Here is where to find your account settings, support, and other features you are used to.

Where to find your account settings

Tap the menu icon in the top left corner. Your settings are organized into these sections:

• Account
• Activity
• Security (two-step verification, passwords, and more)
• Preferences
• Legal

How to contact support

Tap the menu icon in the top left corner. The help center is the first option at the top of the side menu.

Is proof of reserves still available?

Yes. Proof of reserves and every other existing feature remain available. Some features moved to a different location within the new menu.

How to delete your account

Tap the menu icon in the top left corner, go to Account, and select the delete account option.

Where to find the referral program

Tap the referral button in the top right corner. You can find it from any tab in the app.
