You can buy, sell, and convert digital assets in the Bitso app. Before you start, complete your identity verification and make sure you have funds in your Bitso account.

How to buy a digital asset
- Tap Search crypto or go to the Markets tab.
- Select the digital asset you want to buy to open its detail page.
- Tap Buy at the bottom of the asset's page.
- On the calculator screen, use the keypad to enter the amount or tap 25%, 50%, 75%, or Max to use part or all of your available balance. On the same screen, choose to pay with your local currency or a stable digital currency, such as USDC or USDT.
- Review the details on the confirmation page and tap Buy to complete the transaction.

Selling and converting
Selling follows the same steps: select the asset you want to sell and the currency you want to receive. To convert directly between two digital assets, use the same flow from the asset's page.
Didn't work? Here's what to do
If your transaction doesn't go through, check these common causes:
- Your balance is not enough to cover the amount you entered. Add funds or lower the amount.
- The exchange rate changed before you confirmed. Start again to get the current rate.
