The app seems slower than before

We're working to improve how the app works, but if you experience slowness, try these options:

  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Make sure you have the latest app version.
  • Clear your app cache if needed.

I'm having trouble adapting to the new layout

We understand change can be challenging! Most users find the new layout intuitive after 2-3 days of use, so give it some time: it should feel familiar once you get used to it.

Something seems to be missing

All features from the previous app are still available, they may just be in new locations. If you can't find something specific:

  1. Check the side menu for account-related features.
  2. Look in the Portfolio tab for asset-related information.
  3. Use the global search bar to find specific crypto.

I can't see the new app even though I updated it

Some users may need to wait for their turn in the gradual rollout. If you've updated but still see the old interface, you'll receive access soon as we expand availability.
