Why does the app look different?

We updated the design to organize the app more clearly and create room to add new financial products in the future. We are also fixing common issues you have reported to us.

When will I get the new app?

We are rolling out the new design gradually to make sure everything works correctly for everyone. We are starting with a small group of users and expanding access over the coming weeks. You will get a notification when the new design is available for your account.

Will I lose my data or assets?

No. All your assets, balances, transaction history, and account information stay exactly the same. Only the way you access them changes.

Can I switch back to the old app?

No. Once you get the new design, you keep using it going forward. Most people feel comfortable with it after a few days. The new design also gives you access to the latest features and improvements as they launch.
