Bitso updated its deposit addresses for several networks to improve the security and efficiency of its wallet infrastructure and support future integrations. If you use any of the assets listed below, check whether you already switched to your new address, since deposits to old addresses stop working for good on August 19, 2026.
Which networks changed
| Ticker | Network |
|---|---|
| ADA | Cardano (old address already closed) |
| DOGE | Dogecoin |
| HBAR | Hedera |
| TON | The Open Network |
| XLM | Stellar |
| DYDX | dYdX Chain |
| ATOM | Cosmos |
| ALGO | Algorand |
| DOT | Polkadot |
| NEAR | NEAR Protocol |
| SOL, USDC, BONK, WIF, RENDER, POPCAT | Solana |
Find your new deposit address
- Open the Bitso app or go to Bitso.com.
- Go to Wallet and select the asset you want to deposit.
- Tap Deposit and choose the network.
- Use the QR code or the alphanumeric address shown on screen.
You don't need to request this change. Bitso assigned your new address automatically and notified you once it was available. Update that address in the allowlists of any exchange, wallet, or app you use to send funds to Bitso.
Using your old address
For Cardano (ADA), the old address already stopped working. For the other networks listed above, deposits to your old address are still credited normally, but only until August 19, 2026.
What changes on August 19, 2026
Starting that date, deposits sent to your old address will no longer be credited on these networks: Dogecoin (DOGE), Hedera (HBAR), TON, Stellar (XLM), DYDX, Cosmos (ATOM), Algorand (ALGO), Polkadot (DOT), NEAR, and Solana (SOL, USDC, BONK, WIF, RENDER, POPCAT). Switch to your new address now to avoid missing future deposits.
Didn't work? Here's what to do
If you send a deposit to an old, deactivated address, Bitso can't recover or credit those funds. Before sending any deposit, confirm you're using the address currently shown in your Bitso wallet for that asset and network. If you're unsure which address is current, check it again in the app instead of reusing a saved one.
