Automatic Pix is a feature that allows you to pay recurring expenses, such as water, electricity, condominium fees, gym memberships, or subscriptions, in a simple and free way.
To use this feature, you need to authorize the company or institution that charges for the product or service. This allows charges to be sent periodically to your Bitso account.
How do I authorize Automatic Pix?
Authorization can be done in different ways:

By accepting an offer sent by the company offering the product/service, which can be formalized through the Bitso app.

By scanning a QR code provided by the company using the Bitso app.

Through the company's website or app, which may redirect you to the Bitso app for authorization confirmation.
Once authorized, recurring payments will be automatically scheduled in your Bitso account, with the date and frequency defined by the company or establishment. Charges can be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. You can choose whether to receive notifications when payments are scheduled and processed.
If you wish, and if the type of expense allows, you can define a maximum payment amount for expenses with variable values. You can also set a limit for Automatic Pix.
In case of insufficient balance on the payment day or if the Automatic Pix limit is exceeded, we'll notify you. On the same day, you can deposit funds into your account to complete the payment or request an increase to your Automatic Pix limit.
You'll be able to view, manage, and cancel your authorizations and scheduled debits at any time.
