Is there a minimum deposit amount?

• If you are making a Bank Transfer, the minimum deposit is $100 MXN.
  • If you deposit less than this amount, the issuance will fail and we will return your funds to the originating account.
• For blockchain deposits of MXNB, there is no minimum amount.

When can I make deposits into my account?

Both bank transfers and blockchain transactions are supported 24/7, Monday through Sunday.

What happens if I exceed my monthly deposit limit?

If your deposit exceeds your monthly limit, the funds will be returned to the originating account.

Are there any fees for deposits? 

Juno does not charge fees for deposits, whether via bank transfer or blockchain. 

How long does the issuance (minting) of MXNB take? 

Deposits made via SPEI (bank transfer) are credited and recognized by our system almost immediately. However, the minting and issuing MXNB tokens takes at least 5 minutes and can take up to 24 hours.

How do I know if my deposit was received?

You will receive a confirmation email once your deposit is received, including details such as the amount and timestamp of the transaction. 

Bank transfers typically take 5 minutes, but network issues may extend this to up to 24 hours. 

Blockchain deposits may take up to 5 minutes to appear in your account balance.
