To enhance your account security, you need to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to perform withdrawals and manage API keys on Juno’s Mint Platform.
Follow these steps to set up 2FA:
- Log in to your Juno account.
- Click on Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.
The Account Settings page will appear. - Click on the Security tab.
The Account Security section will appear. - Click the Enable button to the right of the 2FA token entry, and then click Start.
Instructions to download a 2FA app will appear on the screen. - Once your 2FA app is ready on your mobile device, click on I already have the app.
- Open your 2FA app on your mobile device and tap the “+” or “Add” to add a new account.
- Using your mobile device, scan the QR code displayed on the Mint Platform to add your account, then tap Continue.
Your Juno account will now appear in the 2FA app. - Enter the 6-digit code displayed on your 2FA app into your Juno account entry to activate 2FA, then click Continue.
- Copy the recovery code, store it in a safe place, and then click on Log out to activate 2FA.
- The system will log you out to finalize the process.
- If you lose your mobile device or the 2FA app, the recovery code will allow you to disable 2FA and regain access to your account.
Your account is now more secure. You can now make withdrawals and create/manage API keys.
